I’m Ryan Hostetler, owner of Pinewood Property Services.
Working outdoors, running equipment, and bringing neglected properties back under control have always been satisfying to me. There’s something rewarding about seeing the difference at the end of a job, whether it’s a freshly mowed property, an overgrown field that’s been cleared, or a cleanup that finally makes a property feel manageable again.
A lot of that experience came from maintaining acreage in Dover, FL. What started as regular mowing, cleanup, brush cutting, and property upkeep eventually turned into the idea for Pinewood.
I’ve also spent years managing business operations, and I wanted to build Pinewood around more than just doing quality work. Customers should have someone who answers the phone, communicates clearly, shows up when expected, and follows through on what was discussed.
Today, Pinewood helps property owners throughout Hillsborough and Pasco Counties with acreage mowing, brush hogging, property cleanup, debris removal, exterior washing, and ongoing property care.

Pinewood is a Central Florida company. Ryan is a Florida native, with roots in New Tampa, Dover, and Plant City, and years spent in and around Zephyrhills and Dade City. He knows the properties here, from neighborhoods and commercial sites to rural acreage and vacant land.
Florida properties can get out of hand quickly. Grass grows fast, vegetation takes over, storms leave debris behind, and vacant properties don’t stay clean for long.
Those are the problems we handle, and we keep the process simple.
