Property care across two Central Florida counties.
Pinewood serves properties throughout Hillsborough and Pasco Counties, including residential homes, commercial properties, acreage, vacant properties, and managed sites.
Pinewood is based in Dover, and most work happens in the surrounding communities of eastern Hillsborough and eastern Pasco. The list below shows where that’s, and what Pinewood takes on in each area.
Not every property or request is the same. Availability depends on the location, the work needed, the condition of the property, and whether the job fits Pinewood’s current scope and schedule.
The goal is to keep that simple. Tell us where the property is and what needs attention, and Pinewood will review the details before confirming the next step.

Request Service
A good fit starts with the details.
Property location is only one part of the service area.
Pinewood also considers property size, access, current condition, requested work, the amount of material or overgrowth involved, and the time needed to do the job properly.
Some properties may need a one-time cleanup or catch-up service before recurring maintenance makes sense.
If a request falls outside Pinewood’s current scope or scheduling availability, that can be clarified before any work is agreed to.
Field service is primarily scheduled on weekends.
Pinewood currently schedules field service primarily on weekends.
Availability and timing are confirmed before any work is placed on the schedule, and submitting a service request doesn’t automatically reserve a date.
Clear expectations come first so the property owner or manager knows what is being discussed before the work moves forward.
Tell Us Where the Property Is.
Send the property address and a few details about the work you need. Pinewood can review the location, scope, access, and scheduling before confirming the next step.
