Homes and residential lots.
Mowing, edging, string trimming, and blowing off driveways and walks. An every-two-weeks visit costs a little more than a weekly one, since two weeks of growth takes longer to cut. An overgrown lawn costs more for the first cut only. The lawn mowing cost guide works through examples.
| Lawn size | Weekly visit | Every two weeks | First cut, 6–12″ grassAlso any one-time cut | First cut, over 12″ |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Up to ¼ acreMost subdivision lots | $45 | $55 | $75 | $120 |
| ¼ to ½ acreLarger and corner lots | $60 | $70 | $90 | $120 |
| ½ to 1 acreBig yards, small rural lots | $85 | $100 | $128 | $170 |
| Over 1 acre | Priced after we look at the property | |||
All prices are starting prices. Locked gates, steep ground, or a lot of obstacles can change them, and you’ll know before any work starts.

Before you book.
Is the online price my final price?
It’s a starting price. We confirm the final price after reviewing the property, and you’ll have it before any work is scheduled. If something about the property changes the price, we’ll tell you first.
Does a quote cost anything?
No. Online prices, photo quotes, and walk-throughs are free, and there’s no obligation.
How soon can you start?
Tell us your timing when you send your request. We reply within one business day and agree a date with you, and nothing’s booked until you say yes.
How often should my lawn be mowed?
Most Florida lawns need weekly mowing in the growing season and every two weeks in the cooler months. An every-two-weeks visit costs a little more, since each visit has more grass to cut.
My lawn is really overgrown. Can you still mow it?
Usually, yes. The first cut costs more: from $75 when the grass is 6 to 12 inches, and from $120 when it’s over a foot. Regular visits go back to the normal price after that. If it’s past what a mower can handle, we’ll tell you before any work starts.
Got a code notice?
Send us the address and the deadline, and we’ll reply within one business day. An overgrown lawn is priced as a first cut, using the first-cut columns in the tables above.
How is a vacant lot priced?
Land with no house on it is priced by the acre, using the acreage table above. Kept-up field mowing starts at $75 an acre, with a $200 job minimum. Tall grass, weeds and brush start at $100, $150 or $250 an acre, depending on what’s growing, each with a $300 job minimum. That means even a small lot costs at least the minimum. A vacant or listed home is different: it’s priced as a commercial lawn.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get to the property, with a gate code or an unlocked gate, you don’t need to be there.
Can I send photos instead of waiting for a visit?
Yes. Text them to (813) 285-7205 with the address, or add up to three on the request form. A wide shot of the area and a close-up of the problem spots help most.
