How your price works.
The quote tool prices residential and commercial lawn mowing, plus acreage mowing and brush hogging. Your starting price shows as soon as you’ve told us how to reach you. Cleanup, hauling, washing, and storm work depend on what’s there, so we reply with a price after a look.
Every figure it shows is a starting price. We’ll confirm the final price once we’ve reviewed the property. Nothing’s booked until you’ve agreed to that price and a date. The full tables are on the Pricing page.
Pinewood is general liability insured, with a certificate of insurance or a W-9 on request. You pay once the work’s done, by card, cash, check, Zelle or Venmo. There’s no long-term contract: pause or cancel recurring service anytime. We cover Hillsborough and Pasco Counties, and every request gets a reply within one business day.

Why does the tool ask for the address?
It looks up the lot size in Hillsborough and Pasco County public parcel records. Those records show the whole lot, not just the grass, so you can change any size it suggests.
Does picking a start time book a date?
No. It only tells us your preference, from as soon as possible to within a month. We agree the date with you before anything’s scheduled.
What if my lawn is over an acre?
It’s priced once we’ve seen the property, as are commercial sites with more than 5 acres of grass. Use the tool the same way, and we’ll reply to set that up.
Do I have to book once I see my price?
No. Quotes are free, with no obligation. If you’d rather wait, your quote stays saved in this browser, so you can come back to it.
